KENT LAM, P.E.

  • As the Founder and President of Bespoke Engineering (est. 2022), Kent is the driving force behind the firm’s success. He sets the strategic direction and champions a culture defined by engineering excellence and deep-rooted client trust. Kent’s commitment to unmatched satisfaction and innovation provides Bespoke a crucial edge in today's market.

    With extensive prior experience consulting for the Power Delivery industry, Kent brings a wealth of knowledge in overhead line design, civil/structural engineering, and program management. He previously concentrated on cultivating strong client relationships and developing strategies that ensured unparalleled satisfaction and retention.

    Kent is a Licensed Professional Engineer in several states and an proud alumnus of Penn State University.

RON REILLY, P.E.

  • Ron is the Vice President at Bespoke Engineering and holds a critical leadership position, primarily responsible for blending the company's technical capabilities with its business success. He sets the company’s strategic direction and implements long-term plans for services, while maintaining operational oversight to ensure projects are successfully delivered and a high level of client satisfaction is achieved.

    Ron brings over 20 years of experience in the civil engineering field and has designed numerous projects in the retail, municipal, educational, residential, and energy sectors. Ron also serve on the board of several entities in CA and lectures at California Polytechnical State University.

    Ron is a PE in CA and is earned a BS of Environmental Engineering at California Polytechnical State University.
